**We are looking forward to hire Oracle Professionals in the following areas**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive training materials and deliver engaging Oracle training sessions for developers, database administrators, and IT professionals.
- Conduct both theoretical and hands-on sessions to ensure practical understanding of Oracle concepts.
- Design customized training programs based on client requirements and skill levels.
- Provide guidance on Oracle database management, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms & Reports, and Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Facilitate learning through real-world examples, case studies, and project-based activities.
- Evaluate participant progress through assessments, quizzes, and feedback.
- Keep training content up-to-date with emerging Oracle trends, updates, and best practices.
- Offer post-training support and mentorship to ensure participants' success.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **6 to 10 years** of hands-on experience in Oracle technologies such as Oracle Database, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms & Reports, and Oracle Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle database administration, performance tuning, and security practices.
- Proven experience in delivering technical training with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex Oracle concepts for learners at various skill levels.
- Experience in developing course content, training manuals, and hands-on labs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to different learning styles.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional - OCP).
- Experience in training large groups or corporate clients.
- Familiarity with training delivery platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.
