Avp- Distribution Strategy/ Finance/ Payout

**Roles and Responsibilities**- Planning & executing the strategies at the department level in alignment with the
organizational strategy to meet annual targets, Managing and strategizing the channel budget on contest designs, Identifying required system for distribution & getting the same developed,
- Acquiring knowledge of local markets and industry wide dynamics to strategically
improve productivity at regional level, Serving and Solving the Advisors & Distributors queries quickly & appropriately, Periodically reviewing sales team and designing improvement plans, Driving Organizational and Channel level projects.
- Experience managing various aspects of distribution finance, variable budget planning, strategic planning, compliance, audit, operations and project management.
- Team leader who can effectively meets goals through strong leadership, interpersonal communication, and analytical abilities.
- Cross functional Lead to achieve organizational goals and deliverables.
- Client-driven change agent experienced in establishing and implementing department goals and objectives, managing change, designing successful channel partner strategies, overseeing processes, and leading various teams toward targeted goals.
- Review Channel Performance and Provide Analytical inputs and suggestions to Channel HOD, Conduct Weekly Review of the channel with Channel HOD and evaluate channels performance against its KPI’s.
- Provide Strategic inputs to Channel HOD and deviations in sales performance, persistency, productivity, Managing entire MIS / Reporting / Dashboards for the Channel. Leading Automation Projects in coordination with IT Team.
- Managing all partner account relationship building rapport for quick resolution
- Variable budget planning implementation and tracking
- Manage all partner payments and reconciliations
- Due diligence related to priority vendors during onboarding
- Monitoring and reporting risk associated with new partners being onboarded
- Auditor and Regulatory Management for all such pay-outs
- MIS dashboard controls
- Proactive daily coordination with Sales and Planning team for Distribution management.
- Responsible for Business Planning and Strategy, Budgeting, Management Reporting and MIS.
- Preparing Business Dashboard, Analysis, Review Deck, Targets achievement of sales, Business performance of Sales.
- Coordination with various departments, Projects, presenting dashboards to Channel head and zonal sales head on daily business performance
