AVP Finance

**Key roles and responsibilities**:
Ø Record and analyze the company’s financial information

Ø Finalization of budget and compilation of MIS reports

Ø Monitor and follow-up on receivables that have been outstanding for long periods of time

Ø Ensuring timely compliance of statutory and legal requirements

Ø Coordination and timely completion of audits and ensuring implementation of follow up points

Ø Ensuring various policies and procedures defined in the SOP manuals and circulars are implemented

Ø Total Accounts Receivable Management in coordination with business

Ø Ensuring correctness of customer wise Plant Achieved Margin (PAM) and Margin on Material (MOM)

Ø Ensure all contracts duly vetted by corporate legal team are in place

Ø Cash Flow Management to ensure timely payment to vendors as per terms.

Ø Take part in commercial negotiations

Ø Bill booking on time and monitoring pending bills

Ø GST reconciliation and compliance

Ø Working Capital Management

Ø Fund

Ø Flow Management

Ø Inventory and Fixed Asset Physical verification

Ø Review and improve business processes/internal controls

Ø Retention of key employees

Ø Mentoring

Ø Suggest ways to save cost and better manage resources

**Qualifications**:
Ø CA/ICWA with minimum 15 years of relevant experience preferably from Construction/Real Estate/Cement/Building Material industries

Ø Hands on experience of SAP or any other ERP

Ø Knowledge of IND AS & Indirect Taxes

Ø Customer Management

Ø Vendor Management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹4,500,000.00 - ₹5,100,000.00 per year
