**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service & Relations**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide a personalized experience, ensuring guests’ needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and supervise servers, bartenders, and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to discuss specials, guest needs, and any important information.
- **Operations Management**:

- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.
- Oversee table assignments, seating arrangements, and reservations to maximize efficiency.
- **Sales & Upselling**:

- Promote and upsell food, beverages, and specials to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and maintaining financial goals for the establishment.
- **Cash Handling & Billing**:

- Process guest bills accurately and ensure that payments are handled correctly.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of sales, tips, and cash transactions.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure that all safety and hygiene standards are maintained according to local regulations.
- Monitor staff adherence to all health and safety protocols during service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
