**Client Consultation**: Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their needs and expectations for hair and skin treatments.
- **Education and Guidance**: Educate clients about treatment options, procedures, benefits, and potential outcomes.
- **Personalized Care Plans**: Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with medical professionals, ensuring they align with client goals.
- **Support and Follow-Up**: Provide ongoing support and follow-up with clients throughout their treatment process to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with medical staff and other counselors to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.
- **Marketing and Outreach**: Assist in outreach efforts to attract new clients and promote clinic services through community events and social media.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in counseling, preferably in a clinical or aesthetic setting.
- Strong understanding of hair and skin treatment procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their goals.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems for documentation and scheduling.
