- **Position**:_ **Sales Counselor**
- **Job Type**:_ **Full Time**
- **Job Location: Work from home and some days at centres in Pune**_
- **Number of open Positions: 2**_
- **Working Days & Time**:_ **10 am-7 pm, 6 days working**
- Responsibilities:_
- Telesales and handling inquiries and getting the enrollments over the phone
- Attending orientation sessions and other marketing events in locations across Pune for lead generation
- Follow up for closing the leads for online and offline centres in Pune
- Coordinating for Marketing collaterals
- Counseling parents on the learning and development of their children and coordinating with respective Teachers and/or Program Director
- Ability to makeat least 80 calls per day with Parents
- **Job Requirements**:_
- Counseling experience in Ed Tech organization is a must
- Sales management system experience, (especially Leadsquared )is a must
- Willing to travel once or twice a week in Pune
- Articulate & outstanding oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills required
- Should have a go-getter attitude and disciplined worker and ability to work independently
- Must be motivated, hardworking, dedicated, and patient
- Must own a laptop and a smart phone
- Must have a good internet connection
- Must be a graduate in any specialization
- Must be a team person
- Passionate to work in high growth industry/environment
- Prior B2C sales experience preferred, but not required
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month + great incentive
