**JOB PROFILE- ADMISSION COUNSELLOR**

SkillCircle's Digital Marketing & Data Science Course has taught more than 25000 students across India. We encourage students to consider options other than traditional job paths.

SkillCircle's focuses on mentorship-driven training with our network of 100+ mentors, with an emphasis on practical learning and exposure.
- Maintain a Detailed Database of all the Interactions with the Leads and Provide Constant. Feedback to the Student Experience Manager in Order to Optimise Lead Closure.
- To Develop and Maintain a Positive Working Relationship with the Students.
- Can Handle Sales Target Effectively.

**What We are Looking For?**
- **Immediate joiner with good experience as Admission counsellor in an edtech company.**:

- Excellent Written and Spoken Communication Skills (English Proficiency).
- Strong Sales Bent of Mind, in Order to Understand and Effectively Communicate What Skill Circle is Offering to Its Prospective Students and Close Applications.
- Approachable and Vibrant Personality.
- Ability to Approach Any Situation with Patience and Very Strong Empathy.
- Passion to Deliver the Highest Levels of Customer Service At all Times.
- Basic Proficiency in Ms Office Suite (outlook, Word, Excel) is Preferable.
- Demonstrated Highest Level of Integrity, Intellectual Honesty, and Strong Work Ethic
- sharp, Analytical, and Thoughtful. Has Sound Judgment and Ability Solve On the Spot
- proven Ability to Successfully Thrive in An Ambiguous Environment and Changing Market Conditions.
- Consistent Effort, Intense Commitment, Perseverance and Willingness to Go Above and Beyond When Needed.
