We are looking for a talented and experienced **Video Editor** to join our team and help create exceptional video content for both internal and external projects.

As a **Video Editor**, you will play a critical role in transforming raw footage into polished, professional videos that communicate our clients' messages effectively. You will work closely with the design and creative teams to develop videos that align with brand identities, project objectives, and marketing goals. Your skills in editing, motion graphics, animation, and sound design will help bring ideas to life and ensure that every video meets high standards of quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**: Edit raw footage into finished videos, creating a cohesive, engaging story that aligns with the project’s goals. This includes trimming, assembling, and refining video clips, audio, and graphics.
- **Motion Graphics & Animation**: Create compelling motion graphics, 2D animations, and logo animations to enhance video content and align with the project’s brand identity and objectives.
- **Storytelling**: Select and arrange video clips, sound effects, and music in a way that enhances the narrative and engages viewers. Ensure the final video tells a clear, compelling story.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with directors, designers, and other team members to understand project goals and ensure that final videos meet or exceed expectations.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all videos maintain high standards of quality, including visual clarity, color grading, audio consistency, and overall visual appeal.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), DaVinci Resolve, or other relevant design and video editing software to produce polished, high-quality video content.
- **Video Formats & Codecs**: Understand video formats, codecs, and best practices to ensure videos are optimized for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional channels.
- **Sound Editing**: Edit audio to ensure clarity, remove noise, adjust levels, and add sound effects or background music as needed to complement the visual content.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years of proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your video editing, motion graphics, and promotional/social media video work.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), DaVinci Resolve, or other relevant video editing and graphic design software.
- **Animation**: Knowledge of 2D animation techniques and motion graphics to create visually dynamic content.
- **Video & Audio Editing**: Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, color correction, audio editing, and best practices in video production.
- **Creativity & Storytelling**: A keen eye for detail and the ability to craft engaging stories through visuals, sound, and animation.
- **Collaboration & Communication**: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
- **Attention to Detail**: A strong attention to detail, ensuring the final product is polished, professional, and meets all technical and creative standards.

**Preferred Skills**:

- **Graphic Design Experience**: Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- **Sound Design**: Knowledge of sound design and audio editing to complement video editing and enhance the overall viewer experience.
- **Motion Design**: Proficiency in creating visually engaging motion graphics, including transitions, effects, and animations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
