**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Creative Design**: Conceptualize and design creative, visually compelling social media posts, logos, branding materials, and other digital assets using design software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- **Planning & Concept Development**: Study relevant materials and research to plan design concepts that meet the objectives of the project.
- **Design Execution**: Illustrate design concepts by creating rough layouts, considering arrangement, size, type size, style, and overall aesthetic appeal.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Liaise with stakeholders to understand project requirements, timelines, budgets, and design preferences. Offer advice on design style, format, and production.
- **Creative Innovation**: Develop original designs, bringing new ideas to life that align with brand identity and target audience.
- **Final Design Production**: Work closely with copywriters, creative directors, and other team members to finalize and refine designs. Ensure layouts are visually appealing and aligned with project goals.
- **Testing & Optimization**: Test graphics across different media platforms to ensure visual consistency and compatibility.
- **Quality Control**: Review final layouts and suggest improvements where necessary to ensure top-quality designs.
- **Cross-Functional Coordination**: Collaborate with external agencies, printers, and production teams as needed to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- **Continual Learning**: Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques by attending workshops, reading industry publications, and participating in design communities.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Graphics Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Illustrator**, **Adobe Photoshop** (Corel Draw knowledge is a plus).
- Strong design and color sense with the ability to create visually appealing graphics.
- Solid understanding of design principles and best practices.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects from concept to final delivery.
- A portfolio showcasing your creativity and design skills is required.
