**JOB DESCRIPTION**

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Operations Intern to play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our Ed-Tech operations team's efficiency. As a guide intern, you will act as the main point of contact for students, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement. Your responsibilities involve proactive student communication, feedback collection, query resolution, and facilitating smooth interactions between students and internal teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Act as a guide for students, maintaining regular communication to ensure satisfaction and address queries.

Monitor student attendance, assignment submissions, and overall engagement.

Collect and analyze student feedback, collaborating with internal teams for continuous improvement.

Proactively address and resolve issues or concerns raised by students.

Foster strong relationships with students, offering tailored support for their academic journey.

Contribute to student retention strategies, ensuring a positive experience and sustained engagement.

Additionally, you will play a crucial role in retaining students, contributing to the overall success and growth of our business.

**Requirements**:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in business administration, operations, or a related field.

Proficiency in both English and Hindi (mandatory).

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.

Interest in the Ed-Tech industry is a plus.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
