- Monitoring on daily backups and reinitiating failed backups Library HW troubleshooting and coordinate with vendor
- Tape DR activities Disk to disk backup Isilon Configure disk to disk backup according to procedure Monitor the daily data replication Zabbix Maintain and update Backup and Restoration
- Plan Maintain and update the operational documentation Backup SW upgrades physical task Move DR tapes on safe Vault
- Good Understanding of Backup technology Veritas Netbackup
- Good Understanding of Backup technology Veritas Netbackup Architecture 8 3 0 1
- Good understanding on Operating systems Windows Linux and Unix
- Able to troubleshoot Backup failures on VMs SQL Exchange Oracle RMAN DB2
- Able to perform restore via Veritas NetBackup with respect to VM SQL Exchange NDMP Administrative knowledge of EMC Data domain Veritas NetBackup
