**YARDI TECHNO FUNCTIONAL JOB DESCRIPTION**

Job Title: Yardi Property Management Application

Experience: 8-10 Years

Locations: Hyderabad

**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day technical support activity and handle client communication
- Plan and resolve issues in a prioritized order
- Act as a primary point of contact for tickets till resolution
- Document issue resolution approach, unit test plan, and the test results.
- Prepare FDD, TE040, and Training Manuals on new development activities.

**Required Skills**:

- Experience in Yardi Property Management Application Experience implementation and support project
- 8+ years of experience in Yardi experience
- Expected to have experience in Yardi end to end process in Functional and technical
- Experience in the various phases of the project implementation lifecycle and knowledge of implementation methodology.
- Should have excellent communication and analytical skills in understanding and troubleshooting the business needs. Strong solution skills is a must and excellent communication and presentation skills are required
