**Role Summary**:
We are seeking **passionate and skilled trainers** to lead our **Python Full Stack Development** programs with a strong focus on the **Django framework** for backend and **React.js** for frontend. You will train students through live sessions, real-time projects, and technical mentorship.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and structured training sessions on **Python with Django** for backend and **React.js** for frontend development.
- Guide learners through **end-to-end full stack projects**.
- Deliver content in a project-based, industry-relevant format.
- Support students with assignments, capstone projects, and interview prep.
- Continuously update training materials based on current industry practices.
- Track student progress and provide personalized guidance.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong expertise in **Python** and **Django framework**.
- Proficient in **React.js**, along with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
- Prior teaching/training experience is a plus.
- A genuine passion for helping students grow.

**Nice to Have**:

- Exposure to deployment platforms like Heroku, Render, or Vercel.
- Experience with version control (Git/GitHub) and API testing tools like Postman.
- Ability to teach additional concepts like Docker, Firebase, or Cloud basics.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹66,462.15 per month
