As a Founder's office Executive, you will have a vital role in bolstering the strategic decision-making process and fostering business growth. This presents an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with the founders, actively contributing to shaping the organization's overall trajectory.**Responsibilities**
- Conduct in-depth market research and perform competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Analyze gathered data and translate it into actionable insights to support effective decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives and comprehensive business plans to drive growth and achieve organizational goals.
- Assist in the evaluation of potential partnerships, investments, and acquisition opportunities, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
- Prepare well-crafted board presentations, executive reports, and strategic communications to effectively communicate key findings and recommendations.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and strategic discussions, contributing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to drive the organization forward.
- Monitor industry and market dynamics, staying abreast of the latest trends and developments, and provide regular updates and insights to the relevant stakeholders.
- Provide support in special projects and handle ad-hoc assignments as directed by the management team.
- Manage the founders' calendars, appointments, ensuring optimal time utilization and efficient scheduling.
- Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling incoming communication and redirecting inquiries as appropriate.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the founders, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including agenda preparation, document distribution, and minute taking when necessary
**Requirements**:
- Master's degree in business administration from IIM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling the translation of data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Good understanding of mathematical concepts, including permutation & combination and probability.
- Proactive and self-driven, able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, effectively managing multiple tasks and prioritizing.
- Expert level Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with technology and its impact.
- Prior experience or internships in strategy consulting or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).

- Clarity of thought and the ability to simplify complex problems.
- Ability to understand expectations and deliver results without excessive detailing, efficiently solving problems even with limited information.
