**Qualifications**:

- Any Graduate
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and qualify potential customers through research and outreach.
- Present our products and services to potential customers and demonstrate how they can benefit from them.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales, working closely with the senior sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Generate sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Maintain and update the company’s customer database.
- Assist with the management of customer complaints and inquiries, working closely with the customer service team to ensure that all issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
