**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage front desk duties including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling correspondence.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for management.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and documentation.
- **Office Operations**:
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate office maintenance, equipment repairs, and facility management needs.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- **Vendor and Staff Coordination**:
- Serve as the point of contact for vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Assist HR or operations teams with onboarding new employees and organizing company events.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations when needed.
- **Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Recommend and implement office procedures to increase efficiency and organization.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
