**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Creating, Developing and managing the network - Distributors, Dealers, Sub-dealer, Retailers, Mediators
- Responsible for achieving the product wise target and to improve the market share - Agriculture and Residential Segment
- Plan & Execute various promotional and advertising activities - Brand liveliness
- Deriving and Executing business strategy and Concepts - Counters and Market
- Develop and manage field level sales force to Manage network, Brand building among mediators & customers - Sales Representatives, Dealer marketing executive
- Will have extensive traveling across the allotted territory
