**Brief**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular stock checks and prepare MIS reports highlighting discrepancies between physical stock and ERP records
- Manage petty cash and Omni card payments for all warehouse and factory expenses, maintaining accurate records of invoices and submitting regular expense MIS reports
- Track expenses incurred on local transporters, approve bills and prepare transport MIS
- Monitor attendance and utilization of contract employees, and approve monthly billing by contractors
- Manage biometric attendance devices, including enrolling new employees
- Onboard new workers by collecting KYC and bank details, and providing information on exiting employees to HR
- Review GRNs prepared by Operations and Production teams, and create purchase invoices in ERP
- Track rejected stock, if any, and create debit notes accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, as the role involves working closely with Operations, Factory, and HR teams, in addition to Finance
- Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
