Job Location - Infopark, Kochi

We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Programmer with at least 3 years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will identify and optimize machine learning and AI models and algorithms to implement effective ML and AI solutions tailored to business needs. You will work closely with data scientists and software engineers to build scalable AI solutions and integrate them into production environments. A strong foundation in machine learning principles, hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks, and familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML solutions are essential for success in this role.

**Responsibilities**:
Identify and optimize machine learning and AI models and algorithms to implement effective ML and AI solutions aligned with business needs.

Develop, deploy, and enhance AI/ML solutions for scalability and efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into production systems.

Work with large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights.

Fine-tune models for improved performance and accuracy.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies.

Document models, experiments, and key processes for reproducibility and future reference.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.

Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and feature engineering.

Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

Experience with model tuning, optimization, and performance improvement techniques.

Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML platforms such as AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, S3), Azure ML, or GCP AI Platform.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Hands-on experience in deploying AI models in production environments.

Understanding of MLOps practices for managing AI pipelines.

Knowledge of SQL for working with structured datasets.
