efficiency. You will be in charge of providing inspired leadership for the operation of one of our
organization’s lines of business, which involves making important policy and strategic decisions, as
well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. You will also
be assisting our Human Resources department with recruiting, when necessary, and help promote a
company culture that encourages morale and performance.
and have prior experience in a management or leadership position. A deep understanding of
financial management is also a plus.
**Objectives of this role**:
- Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper
operations of the organization
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
- Grow the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the
organization’s internal capacity
- Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives
- Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget
- Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departments
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
- Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
- Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
- Work with senior stakeholders
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and
regulations.
- Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and
long-term goals.
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
- Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
- Support worker communication with the management team.
- Developing and implementing operational plans for emergencies such as natural disasters or
mass casualty events.
- Establishing protocols for medical care, including infection control procedures and
sterilization techniques.
- Coordinating with other departments such as human resources and finance to ensure that
policies are being followed.
- Overseeing the hiring process for new employees to ensure that they meet company
requirements.
- Conducting research on new medical treatments and technologies to determine their
feasibility and value.
- Managing the budget to ensure that costs are controlled while providing high-quality care to
patients.
- Reviewing insurance claims to determine coverage or make adjustments to claims.
- Providing training to staff on relevant topics such as safe work practices and new
technology.
- Developing and implementing plans to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding
environment, including career development plans for all direct reports and problem
resolution.
- Manage data collection for updating operations metrics to achieve productivity targets,
reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems.
- Work closely with legal and safety departments to ensure that activities remain compliant.
- Oversee materials and inventory.
- Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management.
**Requirements and Qualifications**:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in operations management, business administration or related
field.
- Minimim 3 years experience in management, operations, and leadership.
- Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet,
and cash-flow management.
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Solid understanding of financial management.
- Strong budget development and oversight skills
- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of
branch operations and customer service
- Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes
**Preferred skills**:
- Working knowledge of management software programs, including NetSuite, QuickBooks,
and CenterPoint Payroll
- Strong IT skills, including database development
- Multiple years of financial and account repor
