**Role Description**
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- **Operational Support**: Assist in the execution of day-to-day operational tasks and processes, including monitoring workflows, handling administrative duties, and supporting team members.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for operational improvements and assist in implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- **Coordination and Communication**: Act as a liaison between various departments to facilitate smooth operations, communicate updates, and address any operational issues.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in an operations or administrative role, with a proven track record of managing tasks and projects effectively.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement changes effectively.
- **Team Player**: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
