Position: Sales Rep - B2B Sales

Location: Goa or Mumbai

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to establish and expand B2B relationships with retailers, pharmacies, and medical professionals.
- Promote and sell Homeofarm's range of homeopathy-infused cosmetic products to potential clients, emphasizing their unique benefits and advantages.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and product presentations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory or market segment.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management, providing insights and recommendations for business enhancement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 1-3 years in B2B sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or cosmetics industry.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, including prospecting and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a dynamic and competitive market environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 70% of the time) to meet with clients and attend business meetings.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
