This role requires strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities:
- **Generating Leads**: Making outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate projects and gather information about their needs.
- **Client Communication**: Providing product and service information, answering questions, and scheduling site visits.
- **Follow-up**: Maintaining contact with leads and existing clients to nurture relationships and convert them into sales.
- **Lead Management**: Tracking leads, managing client information, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately recording customer interactions and feedback in a database.
- **Meeting Sales Targets**: Contributing to the overall sales performance of the team.
- **Coordinating with Sales Team**: Bridging communication between clients and the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
