Requires a person to write responses for escalation sent by Process team, we need to see content writers, Legal writers, kind of profile for this role.

Ø 3+ Years of experience in response scripting.

Ø Exposure to customize responses

Ø **Identifying legal jargons & handling complaints**.

Ø **Previous experience in handling escalations**.

Ø Preferably worked for any US Client.

Ø **Should be smart enough to identify escalations route & nullify them**

Ø Open to working in **Night shift & WFO**

Ø Weekends Off

Ø Only Immediate joiners

Ø Only Face to Face Interview.(walk-in time 2pm
- 6pm)

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹3,400,000.00 per year
