**About us**:

- Should be highly skilled in implementing search solution with Lucidworks Fusion
- Expert knowledge on solr search platform is a must
- Should have good working experience in Java/J2EE
- Should be experience in - Architecting new data ingestion pipeline, optimized query pipeline using Fusion
- Should have hands-on experience in adding new objects into Fusion utilizing in depth knowledge of Fusion Mandatory
- Expertise in Guided search navigation, geo-spatial search and all other features such as Relevancy ranking, Stemming, Thesaurus, etc
- Build the architectural design in solr to improve the search performance
- Develop fastest data search method for large volume data
- Practical knowledge of search engine and recommendation systems.
- Ability to Design the search solution based on client requirement
- Ability to performance tune the Indexing process
- Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of Business and IT management
- Ability to negotiate acceptable solutions to complex problems across multiple business and/or technical areas and vendors
- Ability to organize own work and work from or generate specifications
- Ability to come up with the search technical requirements based on the platform design

Ability to Design and Architect Lucidworks fusion solution based on client requirement
