**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute architectural concepts and layouts for residential and commercial spaces
- Prepare 3D models and visualizations to effectively communicate design intent
- Create detailed interior designs and visualizations for new outlets
- Conduct site visits 4-5 times per month to monitor construction progress and ensure design compliance
- Collaborate closely with operations, branding, and engineering teams throughout all project phases

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- 4-7 years of professional experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Strong knowledge of 3D modeling and visualization
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
