**Job Title: Executive-Finanace and Accounts**

**Location: Namakkal,Tamil Nadu**

**Roles and Responsibilities: -**

1. Invoice generation through online portal and updating in the same in Oracle, Preparation of E-Way bill.
2. Debtors ageing Report
3. Timely account on cash receipt in oracle.
4. Making JV’s and workings of various provisions like interest, prepaid expenses, etc.. in Oracle
5. Petty Cash Handling
6. Stock Report preparation
7. Bank and cash Reconciliation on Monthly Basis
8. Vendor and customer Name Creation in oracle as and when need.
9. Preparation of TDS / TCS reconciliation and making payments with respective sections and monthly basis and Quarterly TDS and TCS return filling
10. Preparation of EPF returns, challans and making payment on monthly basis
11. GST Monthly and yearly return filing
12. Fixed Assets accounting and up keep of Fixed assets register maintain
13. Monthly Attendance report preparation
14. Vendor bills accounting and making payment in ERP
15. Uploading all the payments in Bank portal.
16. Commercial Work Order Release in ERP (PR, PO)
17. Monthly closing activities like bank and cash closing, provision for expenses, revenue recognition, Inter Company Reconciliation etc..
18. Maintaining all documentation relating to AP,AR, GL, FA and cash and bank etc..
19. Other General Admin / Payroll related Work
20. Assessed the Finance Manager in MIS/ Management reporting activities

System Knowledge: MS - Excel, MS- Word, Oracle

Language: Tamil and English

**Salary**: ₹8,885.11 - ₹29,542.01 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Namakkal, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
