Medical Representative

The Medical Representative will serve as a key liaison between the hospital and pharmaceutical companies, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders. The primary responsibility is to promote and sell the hospital's medical services, products, and programs, ensuring the hospital meets its sales and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:1. Sales and Promotion
- Promote the hospital’s medical services, programs, and products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
2. Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand market trends.
- Gather and analyze feedback from healthcare professionals to inform the hospital’s product and service development.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and provide insights to the hospital’s marketing and sales teams.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
4. Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and financial transactions.
- Collaborate with the hospital’s administrative and financial teams to ensure proper documentation and reporting.
5. Training and Development
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on the latest medical products, services, and industry trends.
- Educate healthcare professionals about the hospital’s offerings and their benefits.
- Mentor and train junior staff members as needed.
Qualifications:Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
**Experience**:
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a medical representative or in a similar sales role in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to understand and explain complex medical information.
