As a **Finance Controller** at Atlys, you will be at the forefront of our financial operations. Your main responsibility will be to oversee, analyze, and manage our company's financial health, with a focus on maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance.

**The Job**
- ** Financial Reporting**: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
- ** Audit & Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and coordinate audits (internal and external).
- ** Risk Management**: Assess and manage financial risks, ensuring appropriate internal controls are in place.
- ** Tax Management**: Oversee tax planning, filing, and compliance.
- ** Cross-Border Transactions**: Ensure compliance with cross border transactions for accounting & taxation.
- ** Education**: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CA certification is preferred.
- ** Experience**: 10+ years of experience in financial management, with a proven track record as a Finance Controller or similar role.
- ** Attention to Detail**: Accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
- ** Strategic Thinking**: Ability to align financial strategy with the overall business objectives.
- ** Tools**: Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Zoho, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, VBA). Knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
