**Position: Sales & Marketing Intern(s)**

We are establishing a dedicated platform focused on mental health and wellness and are looking for interns, who is skilled at contributing their expertise, critical thinking, and collaboration to shape our counseling and mental health services.

A Sales and Marketing Intern supports both teams with tasks like market research, campaign assistance, data analysis, and report preparation, learning about sales processes and client relationships while contributing to promotional activities.

Sales Intern Responsibilities:

- **Support Sales Team**: Assist with administrative tasks, manage inquiries, and follow-up with clients.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target markets.
- **Sales Process**: Observe and participate in sales processes, including lead generation and client communication.
- **Client Relations**: Maintain client databases, assist with client communication, and participate in sales events.
- **Data Analysis**: Gather and analyze data to support sales strategies and decision-making.

Marketing Intern Responsibilities:

- **Marketing Campaign Support**: Assist with planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify target audiences and competitors.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze data from marketing campaigns to identify trends and measure effectiveness.
- **Social Media Management**: Assist with social media management, including content creation and engagement.
- **Event Planning**: Assist with planning and organizing marketing events.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, such as managing databases and preparing reports.
- **Brand Building**: Assist with maintaining the company's brand image and messaging.
- **Communication**: Communicate with vendors, brokers, partners, customers, and clients.
- **Competitive Analysis**: Perform competitive market analysis to identify areas of opportunity.
- **Performance Metrics**: Collect performance metrics to measure progress.
