We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **E-Commerce Executive** to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences, coordinating digital marketing campaigns, and driving online sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update content on e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart).
- Ensure product listings are accurate, SEO-optimized, and visually appealing.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, etc.).
- Coordinate with the design, marketing, and inventory teams to align on promotions, launches, and campaigns.
- Handle order processing, inventory updates, and customer queries.
- Conduct competitor analysis and suggest pricing strategies.
- Track and report KPIs such as sales performance, customer engagement, and return rates.
- Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and data privacy standards.
- Suggest improvements to enhance the customer journey and increase online conversions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, and e-commerce tools.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising is a plus.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
