**Fund Accounting & Reporting**
Oversee fund accounting, ensure compliance, prepare quarterly and annual financial statements & K-1s working with a third-party fund administrator.
**Capital Calls & Distributions**
Manage capital calls, track Limited Partner (LP) commitments, and handle distributions with cross-border tax considerations. Ensure accurate waterfall calculations.
**Valuation & Performance Metrics**
Assess fair market valuations of portfolio companies, monitor IRR, MOIC, and NAV, and ensure compliance with industry valuation standards.
**Regulatory Compliance & Tax Coordination**
Navigate SEC, IRS, and Indian regulatory frameworks, coordinate with auditors, and manage tax filings.
**Operational & Strategic Support**
Develop internal financial controls, track budgets and approve spending, manage payroll, vendor payments.
Investment support for termsheet, due diligence (financial review) with legal team
Assist CFO and GP's with financial modeling as needed.
**Qualifications**
CA/ MBA with 5 years of relevant experience.
Excellent communication skills
Highly detail oriented, yet have an ability to perform multiple tasks in ambiguous environments
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
