**Summary:
**We are looking for ServiceNow ITBM Architect and consultant, who can work as a ServiceNow Platform Expert to fullfill role as ITBM Architect. As part of the role, apart from coordinating and managing process, role must lead implementation, identify continual improvement and automation possibilities

**Responsibilities**:
6-8 Years of professional technical experience
- 4-6 Years Engineering and Development experience in a Solution Lead Consulting role for SeviceNow Tool Implementation
- 3-4 years of hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow ITBM, PPM, APM, CMDB, Service Mapping, ITSM
- Thorough understanding and exposure on PPM, APM and Financial management processes
- Thorough understanding and exposure on Service Now ITBM Modules like APM, PPM, Resource, Timecards, Budget and Investments
- Good knowledge on Service Now integrations with at least 3-4 3rd party tools, including at least 1 of the PPM tools like Clarity, HP PPM, Microsoft PPM, Planview
- Good exposure on ITSM, Implementation, Performance Analytics, Reporting, Dashboards and Workbench development would be a plus
- Good exposure on all phases of Service Now modules implementation lifecycle.
- Experience working on Agile/SCRUM Methodology for project execution is mandatory
- Degree in Information Systems or Engineering or Equivalent technical training/Experience
- Service Now ITBM CIS Certification desired
- Service Now System Admin Certification desired
- At least 1 PPM Certification
- Excellent communication skills
