**Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, including IP cameras, DVRs, and NVRs.
- Install, configure, and service IP PBX and EPABX systems, access control systems, digital door locks, and other security devices.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine customer security needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to security and communication systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support.
- Train customers on the operation and maintenance of installed systems.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, services, and repairs.
- Stay updated on the latest security and communication technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th pass; technical degree or certification preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in CCTV system installation, servicing, and maintenance,IP PBX and EPABX system installation and servicing is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of access control systems, digital door locks, and other security devices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and own transportation preferred.
