Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the international sales team with order processing, including quoting prices, creating sales orders, and tracking shipments.
- Prepare and send sales invoices, shipping documents, and other necessary paperwork to customers and internal departments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales orders, customer interactions, and transactions.
- **Customer Service**:

- Respond to inquiries from international clients regarding product availability, pricing, order status, and shipping details.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers to ensure repeat business.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Ensure all international sales activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, including export and import requirements.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to international trade, such as export licenses, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
- Stay updated on changes in international trade regulations and inform the sales team accordingly.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Freshers are also can Apply.
- Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Fluency in multiple languages.
- Experience in the industry relevant to the company’s products.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and logistics management software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
