Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct Virtual Tutoring Sessions: Deliver one-on-one or small group online tutoring sessions via video conferencing platforms. Tailor each session to the student's individual learning needs and academic level.

2. Develop Customized Learning Plans: Assess the student's strengths, weaknesses, and learning style to create personalized lesson plans and learning objectives. Set realistic academic goals and track progress over time.

4. Provide Academic Support: Clarify concepts, answer questions, and assist with homework assignments, projects, and test preparation. Offer practical strategies and study techniques to improve learning outcomes.

6. Monitor Student Progress: Regularly assess the student's understanding and progress through quizzes, tests, and other evaluative methods. Provide constructive feedback to students and their parents/guardians.

7. Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of each tutoring session, including topics covered, areas for improvement, and future learning objectives. Share progress reports with parents/guardians as needed.

8. Communication: Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to update them on the student's progress, address concerns, and collaboratively work towards academic success.

9. Stay Updated on Education Trends: Continuously improve your teaching techniques and stay informed about the latest educational methodologies, resources, and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as a tutor, teacher, or educator, preferably in an online setting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping students succeed academically.
- Strong organizational skills to create and maintain personalized learning plans and progress records.
- Reliable internet connection, a well-equipped computer, and familiarity with virtual teaching tools and platforms.
- Commitment to providing a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months
Part-time hours: 14 per week

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
