Job Summary:
We are looking for passionate online tutors to join our team.

As an online tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational content to students via online platforms.

You will work with students one-on-one or in small groups to provide personalized and effective learning experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plann and deliver effective online tutoring sessions to students.
- Provide feedback and support to help students achieve their academic goals.
- Develop individualized learning plans for each student based on their needs and learning style.
- Keep accurate records of student progress and provide regular updates to parents or guardians.
- Collaborate with other tutors and teaching staff to improve teaching practices and learning outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest educational technologies and teaching methods.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use online teaching platforms and tools effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of individual students.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 14 per week

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
