**JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A CITY CHEF**

A city chef will be the person who will be taking care of a particular region covered under his/her territory & would be responsible for all the machine demo’s along with creating a memorable experience with the customer/clients.

His reporting would be to the Culinary Head in the Organisation.

**The Prime Responsibilities of a city chef are as followed**:
Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes on the Wokie, Eco-pan, Fryers, Rico, Combi Oven, Speed Oven & Dosamatic as per the customer’s requirements.

Building/ modifying customers' existing menus with our automated equipment along with the customer.

Assisting the Sales Team as well as the Service Engineer’s for Client/Customer Visit to demonstrate the Various Menu Preparation’s that can be done on our Machine’s.

Assisting the Culinary Head in creating & developing new menu Item’s/Recipes.

Overseeing the maintenance of the Experience Centre along with the Food Safety Standards pertaining to his region.

Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by showcasing the quality, saving on the food cost on an ongoing basis on our Machines.

Gaining Knowledge of all standard procedures & polices pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage & sanitisation.

Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production & presentation standards.

Establishing & maintaining effective inter-departmental working relationships.

Seeking for Feedbacks & reporting/communicating any issues as & when they arise at an initial level itself.

Should be flexible to travel depending upon the demand of the Business.

**Education & Experience**:
A hotel management Graduate or Culinary Degree with Minimum 3 years of Experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,301.16 - ₹45,384.10 per month
