Hi,

We are recruiting for the following requirement.

**Skill:CRM D365**

**Exp: 8+yrs**

**Location:Hyderabad**

1. 8+ years of hands on experience on MS CRM
2. Currently working on Online CRM D365. Experience on CRM versions: 2016, 2013, 2011
3. Must have hand on experience on CRM core areas like: Plugins, Actions, Custom Workflow Activity,
Workflows etc
4. Power Apps, Power Automate and Azure Basics
- The D365 developer will be responsible for
configuring, customizing, and developing Dynamics
365/CRM based solutions using Power Platform and
PowerApps. This individual will work to build solutions
to support the latest and growing business
requirements and be responsible for managing
integrations and data transfers required for the
extensive eco-system.
- Configure, develop and maintain the Dynamics CE
solutions.
Work with D365 Solutions Architect and and
consultants on modules, specifications, features.
Works with consultants to configure technical
solutions to meet requirements
Defines and develops user interfaces and functional
specifications
Participate in code reviews to ensure that
customization code quality is at the highest level
possible and appropriate design patterns are being
followed
Responsible for assisting in the design, quality
assurance, and testing of solutions troubleshooting,
break fixing, as they relate to the assigned
Handle all support requests from end users
After-hours break-fix/on-call maintenance as
necessary

Qualifications:
Must have 10+ years of hands on experience on MS CRM, 6+ yrs in D365
Currently working on Online CRM D365. Experience on CRM versions: 2016, 2013, 2011
Must have hand on experience on CRM core areas like:

- Plugins
- Actions
- Custom Workflow Activity
- Workflows
- Business Process Flows
- Solutions movement and maintenance
- Dashboard and Charts
- Roles and Privileges
- Reports
Should have proficient knowledge on CRM latest offerings like:

- Power Apps development and maintenance
- Power Automate/ Flows
- Azure Basics
- CRM Admin Module
Should have strong technical skills on:

- C# language
- .Net Platform
- JavaScript, jQuery, CSS
- Web Service/ Web API’s
- Design Patterns
Should have done project on CRM modules like:

- Customer Service
- CRM Sales
- CRM Marketing
Excellent communication skills
Exposure to Agile and SDLC process
Should be a good learner and individual contributor
Good to have CRM integration and migration exposure
