**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Customer identification, Generating & Converting the leads in sales through cold callings, referencing, online marketing & field visits.
- Develop the market in rooftop and ground-mounted Solar PV projects in Gujarat
- Target Residential, Commercial, Institutional, Industrial, and Other rooftops segments
- To collect information related to the rooftop by visiting different Residential societies, Apartments, industries, farms, hospitals, schools, and colleges or any specified location allocated by management
- Analyze sales and industry data, market trends, and impact of changes in external and review sales plan as necessary
- Responsible for achieving the set targets
- To chase and analyze the reasons for failure to turn an inquiry into a new order
- Collate the estimates of existing regional market potential for rooftop/captive solar projects
- Project coordination with Installers, being on site while system is installed to ensure the quality customer needs.
- Coordination with supplier company’s representative to ensure timely delivery of solar material including payment from clients & sending it to suppliers.
- Pre and post-sales services

**Skills**
- Ability to communicate and negotiate with clients for different Solar panel brands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Expertise -Client handling and price Negotiations
- Technical knowledge & expertise on Solar Panels, Inverters of respective brands.

**Education**:

- Bachelors

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Solar PV EPC Sales (preferred)
- Business Development / Sales: Minimum 1 to 2 years (preferred)
