**Job Role: Digital media Artist/ Graphic Designer executive**

**ONSITE OPPORTUNITY - DUBAI (Initial 2 months in Bangalore location)**

**Responsibilities**:
**Design Development**:
Collaborate with senior graphic designers and cross-functional teams to understand design requirements.

Assist in the creation of visually appealing and on-brand design solutions for online gaming platforms.

**Asset Creation**:
Design graphics for promotional campaigns, including banners, social media posts, and website visuals.

Create in-game assets, including characters, backgrounds, and other visual elements.

**Collaboration**:
Work closely with the marketing team to translate campaign concepts into visually engaging designs.

Collaborate with game developers to ensure visual consistency across gaming platforms.

**Brand Adherence**:
Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive brand identity.

Assist in the development and maintenance of a visual style guide for gaming assets.

**Creative Ideation**:
Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new gaming concepts and promotional campaigns.

Bring creative ideas and fresh perspectives to design projects.

**Software Proficiency**:
Utilize graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), to create high-quality designs.

**Stay updated on industry-standard design tools and techniques.**

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Portfolio showcasing design projects and creative skills, preferably with a focus on gaming or entertainment.

Proficient in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines.

Passion for online gaming and a good understanding of gaming culture.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new design trends and techniques.

**Preferred Skills**:
Basic animation skills or knowledge of motion graphics.

Familiarity with 3D design software.

Understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design.

Knowledge of the online gaming industry and gaming platforms.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
