**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and generate new business leads in the interior design and construction sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits as needed.
- Understand client requirements and offer tailored design and construction solutions.
- Collaborate with the design and technical team to deliver proposals, quotations, and project plans.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
**Preferred**:
- Local market knowledge and existing network in real estate or design sectors.
- Own vehicle and willingness to travel for client meetings or site visits.
- Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in construction or interior design.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
