Arabic Language Expert Require for Customer Support

We are seeking a proficient and detail-oriented Back-office support Specialist fluent in both Arabic to join our team. As a back-office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of our organization's back-office processes. Your primary focus will be on handling administrative tasks, processing documentation, and assisting with customer inquiries and support, specifically catering to Arabic-speaking clients

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal) is essential.
- Proven experience in administrative or back-office support roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and processes.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any related field.
- Previous experience in a customer support or service-oriented role fresher can also
- apply.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
