- **Proven Telesales Experience**: At least 1-2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or outbound sales.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- **Persuasive Ability**: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a goal-oriented mindset.
- **Sales Techniques**: Solid understanding of sales processes, including lead qualification, pitching, closing, and objection handling.
- **CRM Proficiency**: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads, sales, and customer information.
- **Target-Driven**: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a high level of motivation and resilience.
- **Customer-Centric**: Focused on providing excellent customer service, understanding client needs, and delivering value.
- **Basic Computer Skills**: Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable using sales-related software tools.
**Preferred Skills**:
- **Experience with B2B or B2C Sales**: Previous experience selling to businesses (B2B) or consumers (B2C) depending on the industry.
- **Multilingual**: Fluency in multiple languages can be an advantage, depending on the target market.
- **Product Knowledge**: Experience in selling specific products or services relevant to the industry (e.g., technology, insurance, finance).
**Education and Experience**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.
