Location: Bangalore

Education: Bachelor of Engineering in Computers, Electronics. Post-graduation preferred

Expertise requirements
- Should have hands-on experience in Application Development (Cloud, desktop, Web, testing)
- Should have expertise in Web Front end( Angular or ReactJS), Desktop( C#, WPF), Backend (C#,.NET Core, Node JS), Database (MySQL, Postgress, MSSQL,) Cloud ( AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Should have worked for atleast 5 years as an Architect handling one of the platforms listed above & should be knowledgeable about the design, architecture, technologies etc involved.

Deliverables
- Work closely with the P&L leadership and the lead generation team to help identify funnel for Industrial accounts.
- Actively support BD in converting leads into opportunities into orders by engaging with the prospective customers, understanding their requirements, working with the DH and P&L leader in preparing winning proposals.
- Own Order to revenue execution with a Delivery PM under the leadership of the DH. Be responsible for achieving the planned Project Margins.
- Work with the HR team to help hire and ramp up the delivery team.
- Under the guidance of the P&L Leader be responsible for Farming and mining of a chosen set of accounts. Responsible for Farming revenue growth and Support in the mining activities.
- Support the DH in Organization competency building through chosen COEs.
- Understand the “specific/target” domain & related technologies extremely well & keep updated about the current trends, technologies.
- Ensure Customer satisfaction.
