**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in cardiac procedures and surgeries under the supervision of a cardiologist or cardiac surgeon.
- Conduct patient assessments, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results.
- Provide preoperative and postoperative care, including patient education and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Perform rounds, document patient progress, and update medical records.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide necessary interventions.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and industry standards.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies or an equivalent qualification.
- Valid state PA license and certification from the **National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).**:

- Experience in **cardiology or cardiac surgery** is highly preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
