**Job Title: CTVS Perfusionist**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Operate and monitor the heart-lung machine and other cardiopulmonary support devices during open-heart surgeries.
- Maintain and regulate extracorporeal circulation, ensuring proper oxygenation and blood flow.
- Assist cardiac surgeons in procedures requiring cardiopulmonary bypass.
- Prepare, prime, and manage perfusion circuits, oxygenators, and other related equipment.
- Monitor blood gas levels, anticoagulation status, and metabolic parameters.
- Maintain accurate records of perfusion activities during surgery.
- Ensure proper sterilization and maintenance of perfusion equipment.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to optimize patient care.
**Required Qualifications & Experience**:
- **Educational Qualification**: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Perfusion Technology or Diploma in Perfusion Technology.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (freshers with strong knowledge may also apply).
- Knowledge of various cardiopulmonary bypass techniques and equipment.
- Strong understanding of hemodynamics, blood gases, and anticoagulation management.
- Ability to handle emergency situations in high-pressure environments.
