
Store Keeper

**Responsibilities**:
1. Financial Management:
- Record and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Accounts receivables follow-ups
- Petty cash maintenance
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial documentation.
2. Office Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity from the staff.
- Manage office work Tracker for the flow of activity and follow up on the same.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
3. Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance.
- Maintain employee records related to payroll and benefits.
4. Record Keeping and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and organized financial and administrative records.
- Create and update documentation for financial and administrative processes.
5. Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- prospective clients and existing clients
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
6. Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting and administrative procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an accountant and office administrator.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Strong organizational and multitasking skills.**:
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities**.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.
