**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**:

- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic concerns, goals, and expectations.
- Assess clients' skin condition, facial features, and overall aesthetic needs to recommend suitable treatments and procedures.
- Provide detailed explanations of available aesthetic services, including benefits, risks, and expected outcomes.
- **Personalized Treatment Plans**:

- Develop customized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique preferences, budget, and desired results.
- Recommend a combination of non-invasive procedures, skincare products, and lifestyle changes to address clients' specific concerns effectively.
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines, post-treatment care, and maintenance strategies to optimize results and prolong the benefits of treatments.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build strong rapport and trust with clients by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and sensitivity to their needs.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a timely and reassuring manner, fostering a positive client experience throughout their journey.
- Follow up with clients post-treatment to assess satisfaction, monitor progress, and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- **Product and Service Promotion**:

- Promote aesthetic products, services, and packages to clients, emphasizing their benefits and value proposition.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, advancements, and innovations in the aesthetic industry to effectively communicate the benefits of new treatments and technologies.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional campaigns, events, and educational materials to drive client engagement and retention.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate client records, including consultation notes, treatment plans, and consent forms, in compliance with regulatory standards and confidentiality guidelines.
- Schedule client appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate treatment logistics to ensure smooth operations and optimal client experience.
- Assist with administrative duties, such as billing, invoicing, and inventory management, as needed.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
