Roles & Responsibilities - Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive (School)

1. Social Media Management

Develop and execute a monthly content calendar across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube

Regularly post updates about school events, student achievements, admissions, etc.

Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner

2. Content Creation

Plan and conduct regular photoshoots and video shoots to capture school life, activities, and testimonials

Edit and publish high-quality reels, stories, and posts that reflect the school’s culture and values

Work with teachers and students to create engaging, child-friendly content

3. Graphic Design Coordination

Create or coordinate with designers to produce creatives for promotions, festivals, announcements, and more

Ensure brand consistency across all visuals and messaging

4. Campaign Management

Run paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google to promote admissions and events

Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategy to optimize results

5. Website Management

Update school website with latest news, blog posts, admissions info, and event highlights

Improve school’s visibility on Google through basic SEO practices

6. Analytics & Reporting

Track engagement, reach, follower growth, and campaign performance

Share monthly performance reports and insights for improvement

7. Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with the principal, teachers, and admin team for approvals and information

Support school events, annual days, and parent interactions by promoting and documenting them

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
